Investment Opportunities:

1.) Agro Tourism: over een area of 5 km around the ground you can find 5 of the most important tourist attractions of the Western Carpathian Mountains

- `veil of the bride ` waterfall (the most spectacular waterfall in the Western Carpathians),

- ` white stones ` (intensively used by those who practice climbing and those who fly with paragliding) Hier are also organized international competitions for those sports.

- `Meadow of Flowers` (it is a flowers paradise during the summer months, when men can see more than 1,500 species of flowers)

- lake Fantanele-Belis (Fantanele Belis is an artificial lake, with a length of 13km, at an altitude of 990m. On the bottom of the lake are the ruins of old villages like: Pleso, or Dadesti Giurcuţa Bolojesti. In the dry summers when the lake level drops, those ruines are still visible.

- the natural reserve park `Padis,` Fortress of Ponor (it is a cave with the largest opening in Romania: 54 X 45 m = 2430 m2. This area is very well known for the possibilities of hunting, fishing, paragliding, climbing and rafting ... etc.

2.) Wood : It is an large area of pine and beech trees. There are existing several sawmills in the area that produce thousands of kilograms of sawdust (those are discarded without being reevaluated ) A possibility would be to open a small producing company to produce pressed sawdust fuel.

3.) I case of interest I can offer you advise end / of assistence in the preparation of necessary investment documents to structural funds of the European Community (which returns up to 80% of their investment in rural tourism or industry ..)
